Sharp NEC Display Solutions Introduces MultiSync C750Q and C860Q Large Format Displays

CHICAGO–(COMMERCIAL THREAD) –Sharp NEC Display Solutions, a global market leader in projectors and displays, today announced the launch of two new large format C Series displays, MultiSync C750Q and C860Q. Showcasing bright and vivid UHD content, the new displays are ideal for digital signage and presentations in corporate, retail or educational environments.

“Sharp / NEC recognizes the needs of our customers and, in turn, delivers a product with a focused feature set that delivers brilliant content whether in the classroom, boardroom or lobby,” said Ben Hardy of Sharp NEC Display Solutions. “By developing the C Series displays, we have ensured that customers have access to a product with the features that matter most to them and that they will truly use in all of their facilities. The 75-inch and 86-inch C750Q and C860Q deliver premium image quality while maintaining the commercial-grade robustness and reliability needed for efficient 24/7 runtime capabilities.

NEC’s large C-series displays enable crisp, detailed images for discreet digital messaging with premium UHD picture quality with native 3840 x 2160 resolution and HDR compatibility. Contemporary mechanical design with focused aesthetics allows for smooth and stylistic integration into any type of environment. Its all-metal chassis coupled with advanced heat management delivers the professional quality you expect needed for 24/7 runtime capabilities in commercial environments. An ambient light sensor provides automatic dimming of the LED backlights, which adjusts according to the external lux of the room. This, along with anti-glare screens, help ensure a pixel-perfect image under all circumstances.

The C750Q and C860Q displays come equipped with the connectivity options needed for a variety of applications, including business, retail and higher education. The displays also include an expandability option via the Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) slot allowing separate modular boards to be inserted directly into the display to complete the overall solution. Additionally, they offer full external control via LAN or RS-232C, making them ideal for video conferencing applications.

These units also have full input detection functionality that allows the user to prioritize up to three inputs, which can be particularly critical in an emergency or for important presentations. If a primary source fails, the display will automatically switch to the source that was prioritized next. The first sensing option also allows the screen to automatically turn on to any source plugged into it, allowing the screen to wake up to any synchronized signal.

The C750Q and C860Q models are expected to ship in early 2022. For more information on Sharp NEC display solutions, visit
