Sharp NEC Display Solutions has launched two C-series large format displays, MultiSync C750Q and C860Q, to showcase UHD content, according to a press release.
NEC’s large C-series displays enable detailed images for digital messaging with UHD image quality with native 3840 x 2160 resolution and HDR compatibility.
An ambient light sensor provides automatic dimming of the LED backlights, which adjusts according to the external lux of the room.
The C750Q and C860Q displays come equipped with the connectivity options needed for a variety of applications, including business, retail and higher education. The displays also include an expansion option via the open pluggable specification slot allowing separate modular boards to be inserted directly into the display to complete the overall solution. In addition, they offer full external control via LAN or RS-232C.
The units also have full input detection functionality which allows the user to prioritize up to three inputs. If a primary source fails, the display will automatically switch to the source that was prioritized next. The first sensing option also allows the screen to automatically turn on to any source plugged into it, allowing the screen to wake up to any synchronized signal.
