ST. LOUIS, April 19, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Commerce Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBSH) announced that due to the ongoing impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on public health and to support the health and well-being of directors , officers, employees and shareholders of Commerce, the company’s 2022 annual meeting of shareholders will be held as a virtual meeting only.

As publicly announced, the Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time. Shareholders at the close of business on the record date of February 15, 2022 and their legal representatives and other interested parties may attend the virtual annual meeting at

Shareholders at the close of business on the record date who have a control number may attend the virtual annual meeting as a “shareholder” and may vote and participate in the annual meeting by following the instructions available on the assembly’s website. For registered shareholders, the control number can be found on their proxy or notice, or on the email they previously received. Only one shareholder per control number can access the meeting.

Shareholders and other interested parties who do not have a control number can attend the virtual annual meeting as “guests”, but will not have the opportunity to vote or ask questions during the meeting. .
