ALDI launches a new layout with Gary

ALDI, one of the nation’s most trusted grocers (according to the 2022 BrandSpark® American Trust Study), will welcome shoppers to its remodeled Gary store when it reopens Thursday, May 26 at 9 a.m. The store, at 3311 Grant Street, is part of an ongoing initiative to remodel and expand existing ALDI stores. Shoppers can also enter a raffle for a chance to win a $500 ALDI gift card.

Additionally, ALDI is on track to open 150 new stores and become the third-largest US food retailer by number of stores by the end of this year. As soon as it reopens, the Gary store will be open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The updated store features an improved layout and ample refrigeration to accommodate an expanded selection of fresh, convenient foods. It also has open ceilings and natural lighting, and it is built with eco-friendly materials. Like all ALDI stores, Gary’s revamped location still offers a streamlined shopping experience and low prices in every aisle, but customers will notice the elevated design.
